A combo-40min race to 4x day a week (preferably an hour) and of inflections, crunches, leglifts, etc. You must do 2 things: 1) burn the fat you can see the muscle 2) Strengthening the muscles so it is stronger and more visible. If you ignore the operation, your fat will cover the muscles and you'll never see them no matter how strong they are. If you skip the crunches, sit ups, etc. and just running, you will see the abs, but they will not be defined. Do both, eating well, and you'll love the results
